‘Thank you’ really doesn’t cover how grateful I am for everything that you have done for me. I feel like a new person. The CBT sessions have helped me to view life differently and gave me the strength to protect myself from a difficult relationship. I am now settled in my new home and I”m the happiest I’ve been in a long time.

Thank you for doing our sessions over the phone when I moved away from Manchester. You went above and beyond in our sessions and I really appreciate that, thank you. I’ve bought ‘The Compassionate Mind’ and I’m really enjoying it. My highlighter is having a good workout!
